Returns & Exchange Procedure
What is the procedure to returning the product?
We offer 30 days of free exchange and return policy. The purchased item must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed & tagged. Any product failing to comply the aforementioned requirements will not qualify for a refund. We regret that we cannot accept refund without the purchase receipt. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchanges. We offer 30 days returns & exchange policy only for orders purchased in USA & Canada. Our company is not liable for any product lost during transit and return shipping. Product that are extensively washed or damaged will not qualify for return.
We offer free return if the order value is over $100 ($150 for International orders) and free first return for new customers to facilitate for choosing correct size.
When should I expect the refunded amount?
Refund will be initiated immediately after the product has been received and inspected to fulfill the above conditions and will be processed within 3-5 business days to reflect upon your card. The refund will be processed in the original method of payment following an email of order cancellation and details.
Returning items from a country other than USA/CA?
Products purchased outside of US/CA are not eligible for free return shipping policy. The customer will be responsible to pay for return shipping cost and any duties, fees & taxes involved. Please notify service@larimars.com before initiating the return procedure.
